1. Access Details

• Participants will be provided access to one (1) NVIDIA H100 GPU for a limited period.

2. Storage

• A temporary (ephemeral) disk space of up to 500GB will be provided.
• Important: All data stored is non-persistent. Pan Solusi is not responsible for any data loss. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure data confidentiality and to back up any important files.

3. Network Access

• Internet bandwidth access is provided up to 50 Mbps.
• Bandwidth allocation may vary depending on specific cases and requirements.

4. Duration

• Each approved access session is valid for a maximum of two (2) weeks from the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

• As the provided environment is ephemeral and potentially shared, users are responsible for safeguarding any confidential or sensitive information.
• Users should not store sensitive personal information or regulated data within the provided space.

6. Eligibility

• Participation in the Free GPU Access Program is subject to case-by-case review.
• Pan Solusi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, without the obligation to disclose the selection criteria.

7. General Conditions

• This offer is available for a limited time only and may be terminated or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Users must comply with acceptable use policies, including refraining from any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities.
• Use for cryptocurrency mining, unlawful data processing, or activities that violate applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
